Mixed Feelings About This Stay
sewage smell damp room
The breakfast had a great variety of options.
The room smelled of sewage and damp! the balcony doors did not shut. Because of that, mosquitos, noise, and smoke from other residents got in.

Fantastic stay, great value
superb breakfast traditional accommodation friendly staff
I really appreciated the superb buffet breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!! The resort features traditional-style accommodation and well-kept grounds. Its location is great. A supermarket is located across the street. laundry service, spas, and restaurants are nearby. Staff were very friendly. They always greeted me.
The beach was not the best. The water level was low most days, so swimming was limited. Jet skis operated close to the beach, causing a disturbance. Large cargo ships anchored nearby also impacted the view.

The resort provides a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness. Guests can relax at the pool area, which has twenty loungers plus a shaded section. The pool area is very clean.

The staff are consistently helpful and address requests promptly. The reception desk handles check-ins efficiently, and room service delivers orders within a reasonable timeframe. All requests were always handled with a smile.

dirty towels poor housekeeping
I thought the beach needed improvement, there was some broken glass and plastic. It wasn't pleasant. The housekeeping wasn't great either, I received dirty towels and the trash cans weren't emptied. I mentioned these issues, but it didn't seem to improve. This affected the overall experience, as cleanliness is a basic expectation. I hoped for a cleaner and safer environment.
